Corporate Profile
Tri City Bankshares Corporation is the parent of Tri City National Bank, a commercial bank that operates 44 offices throughout the Milwaukee area. Tri City Bankshares was formed in 1970. Tri City National Bank was founded in 1963.

As of last quarter, Tri City National Bank logged assets of just over a $1 billion, making it one of the Milwaukee area largest independent commercial banks. Tri City Bankshares itself is one of the largest bank holding companies in Wisconsin. Both the bank and the holding company are based in the Milwaukee suburb of Oak Creek, WI.

Tri City National Bank operates full service banks in the southeastern Wisconsin communities of Brookfield, Brown Deer, Cedarburg, Franklin, Grafton, Greenfield, Hales Corners, Kenosha, Menomonee Falls, Milwaukee, Oak Creek, Racine, South Milwaukee, Sturtevant, Waukesha, Wauwatosa and West Allis.

Building a Bank
This past October, Tri City National Bank acquired the banking operations of Bank of Elmwood in a transaction facilitated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

This acquisition complements the Company’s existing network of branches, as well as, increases our branch footprint in the Racine and Kenosha marketplace. This fits well with our strategic growth plans and increases our overall branch network in Southeastern Wisconsin from thirty-nine to forty-four locations. We believe this acquisition allows us to efficiently leverage our strong capital base to continue to grow the Company.

The strategy has given us solid growth and the stability to remain a hometown, locally owned bank. Most important, it's given us an unmatched level of customer service. At our 22 Pick'n Save locations, we're open seven days a week until 8 PM.
